My sister and I spent an unforgettable week at Organic Tuscany Cooking Class in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Serenella, Arturo and all the staff generously shared their incredible culinary knowledge and passion, along with their warmth, patience and hospitality. Every lesson was filled with love, tradition and inspiration, and we will carry those memories and recipes home with us for years to come. What began as a weeklong cooking class in Tuscany, became so much more: a celebration of food, friendship, laughter, culture and connection. We can’t wait to return to Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes!!!

One of the most wonderful vacation experiences I’ve ever had! The cooking classes expanded my range of technique and food ingredients, to make delicious Italian meals. The best part however, is the people and how they care for their guests. Serenella and Arturo genuinely care about each individual and share their life stories while encouraging the guests to share theirs. Manuela, a fantastic cooking teacher, and Diana keeping things moving in the back, complete the team. The extra adventures, wine tasting, olive oil tasting, winery tour and meal, guided trips to Florence, Certaldo Alto, and a pottery studio, were all super interesting, educational, and fun! Of the three weeks we were in Italy, this was the best!

Our experience with Serenella, Arturo, Manuela, and Diana at Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes far exceeded our expectations. We prepared many delicious Tuscan dishes with our fabulous chefs, toured the beautiful countryside and Florence, learned about olive oil, wine, organic farming, local history, and culture. The extremely talented Organic Tuscany team created the best week filled with joy, laughter, and amazing food. I'm excited to recreate these dishes at home, and would love to spend another week at Organic Tuscany!

My sister and I were looking for a cooking adventure! We happened on the Organic Tuscany website. We are so lucky to have found them! The experience that they shared with us exceeded all of our expectations!Every day was planned perfectly, starting with a beautiful leisurely breakfast. Our daily itinerary for the week included guided tours of nearby sites, olive oil tasting and a tour of a winery where we were treated to a tasting that they paired their wine with lunch prepared specifically for our visit.I learned so much during our cooking courses, techniques that I plan on using in my kitchen! I immediately stocked my kitchen with gadgets that I didn’t know that I needed!!When we didn’t prepare our meal, we were treated to the expert creations that introduced us to regional cuisine.Our experience was so rich and full of memories…tastes, smells, beautiful countryside views, sounds of nature…and most importantly the meeting of lovely humans!! Thank you to the Organic Tuscany team and especially Serenella and Arturo for making all of us feel like family!

Our week at Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes was the highlight of our time in Italy! Learning techniques, making a meal with contributions from everyone, sharing it with everyone in the beautiful Tuscan countryside ( don’t forget the wine, oh my!). From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a beautiful Tuscan home and community.The villa overlooks rolling hills dotted with vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees, and medieval villages in the distance. It is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and immediately feels like home.The cooking instruction was exceptional. Using fresh local organic ingredients, we prepared a wide variety of delicious Tuscan dishes while learning techniques that genuinely elevated our cooking and baking skills. Serenella, Arturo, Manuella, and Daiana created an environment where everyone—from beginners to experienced cooks—could learn, participate, and have fun.Meal times became one of the highlights of every day. Whether we prepared the meal ourselves or it was prepared for us, we looked forward to gathering around the table to enjoy wonderful food, excellent wine, and lively conversation. I loved that Serenella and Arturo joined us for our meals - they felt more like family than hosts!The excursions were equally memorable. Visits to nearby medieval villages, a local winery, and Firenze provided wonderful opportunities to experience Tuscany beyond the kitchen, all guided by thoughtful, knowledgeable, and fun local guides.What a week we had! We arrived hoping to experience Tuscany and improve our cooking skills; we left with new friends, wonderful memories, and a deep appreciation for the people who made it all possible. We recommend Organic Tuscany without hesitation.

Our week at Organic Tuscany was exceptional. The cooking classes will stay with me forever, and the wonderful teachers we had will be remembered forever. This was an experience of a lifetime. The Organic Tuscany team took exceptional care of us everyday. The food, cooking lessons and excursions were 5 stars. We made new friends with both the staff and our fellow cooking class members.

This cooking class is something I will treasure for a lifetime, as well as the wonderful people I met during the class. It was much fun and I learned a lot. I would love to take a fall class as well. I enjoyed the guided trips very much!

This week in Tuscany was an amazing experience. The cooking classes are top notch. The teaching. The staff. The food. The wine. They were very knowledgeable and so passionate about fresh organic food … from where it comes from, to the cooking kitchen , to your plate on the back patio of the villa —-over looking the stunning vineyards and farmlands of Tuscany .

We spent four weeks in Italy in May this year and of all the adventurous, amazing and beautiful things we experienced, Organic Tuscany was our favourite! The Villa, the scenery and the food were incredible and the cooking classes using the freshest local herbs, veg, meat, olive oil and wine was inspiring! We cherish getting to know all the other guests and Serenella and Arturo who made it all the more special😀

What a fabulous experience we had attending the Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes. Sere couldn't have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive and fun to be around. The other guests were like family. Arturo gave a great class on Olive oils and another on wines which were very informative. Preparing your own meal as a group was a blast. I highly recommend you book an Organic Tuscany Cooking Class Adventure, you wont be disappointed.

From beginning to end, this was a vacation experience I will cherish forever! It will be memorable for its venue and views over peaceful, glowing farmlands descriptive of a Tuscany I had previously only ever experienced in movies! It will be memorable for the warmth, friendliness, caring and professionalism of its hosts, Serenella and Arturo who had us laughing, sharing and learning from the time we arrived until we left a week later. We were welcomed into the pretty pink traditional villa as if we were family – and as we got to know the rest of our group, that is how it felt – like family. Serenella consistently went above and beyond for her guests in her caring, and always entertaining style – she certainly is a special someone!The itinerary was thoughtful, varied and provided an opportunity to learn and experience Italy in a very personalized and meaningful manner. As for the cooking classes…they were fantastic! My goodness, such fabulous fresh, local plump, colourful produce expertly whipped up into gastronomic pleasures, only possible with the help and expertise of Serenella, Arturo and Manuella. The highlight at the completion of each cooking class, was sitting around a beautifully set outdoor table, gazing at the (aforementioned) views with our newfound friends, savouring quality local wines and enjoying our own culinary efforts and each other’s company and stories. I think we would all agree that the secret ingredient was the fun and laughter that accompanied every recipe.

Our stay at Organic Tuscany was one of our best holidays ever! The welcome was very warm and everyone at the villa was fun and knowledgeable and passionate about their traditions and the quality of the food. The villa itself is the perfect rustic country retreat, like waking up in an old Italian movie. The accommodations are simple but comfortable. The villa is ideally located to explore nearby Florence or Siena or the many smaller towns with charming medieval cores. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem at this beautiful villa located in Tuscany and an experience you won’t want to miss if you are a foodie, enjoy fellowship, outdoor eating and activities. Serenella, Arturo and their team could not have done more to make it a most memorable vacation!

If I could I would give 20 stars.Everything was just wonderful.Starting with location, gorgeous view, spacious clean rooms and bathrooms.Location close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and a lot of small villages around.Classes very interactive, all members of the team Serenella, Arturo, Emanuel were just wonderful.Their commitment to organic produce, wine, olive oil and restoration of the soil deserves a lot of respect.Special thanks to Serenella, I call her sunshine because she emanate such a positive energy, always smiling, laughing.This was very memorable vacation thanks to people.We cooked many dishes, learned methods and little tricks to prepare them.And we ate what we cooked accompanied with organic wine from local wineries.Thank you Organic Tascany.
