Serenella
Serenella learned her magic in the kitchen working in restaurants in Milan. Decades ago she moved to Tuscany to make organic wines, work as a private chef and bring up her daughters, who are now lively young adults. She will be your host for the week and along with the rest of the team, will tell you all about Italy and Italian food traditions and ensure that you have an unforgettable stay.
Manuela
Manuela is a Tuscan mother of two lovely young women, and lives in the heart of the Chianti. She will teach you dozens of her unbeatable dishes, including the best minestrone in town and her amazing Torta della Nonna, a warm custard and pine-nut pie. Manuela is an expert on local cuisine, and you’ll have the chance to ask her plenty of questions!
Elisabetta
Elisabetta is a native Florentine with a British mother.
Her father’s work in the UN took her all over the globe as a child, but she came back to Florence when she was 18. She studied at the Università di Firenze and became well versed in literature and art history. She has now lived in Florence for over 25 years and loves showing visitors the hidden corners of the birthplace of the Renaissance.
Riccardo and Shilpa
Riccardo and Shilpa created Organic Tuscany over fifteen years ago. Along with an amazing team of friends and family, they have made it into a very special place where guests gather together to learn to cook delicious dishes in the kitchen and take time to enjoy them around the table. They will go out of their way so that your week with us in Tuscany is all that you hoped for, and more.
Arturo
Arturo is passionate about the Tuscan countryside and all it has to offer and is lucky enough to use this passion every day - from working with his family on their rose farm and vineyard, to helping people gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of wine and extra virgin olive oil. His enthusiasm and energy is infectious!
Clara
Clara is originally from Milan but embraced Tuscany as her adopted home over twenty years ago. She lives in the hills near the villa with her partner Terry, an accomplished British ceramicist. She knows the area like the back of her hand, and loves guiding guests around the local countryside and farms, explaining some history, pointing out the interesting flora and fauna and some eccentric neighbours too!
