Organic Tuscany – Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings

The following terms apply to groups of family and friends who would like to book a week to themselves, i.e. their group will fill that week exclusively.

Fixed Group Rate: The weekly rate for the exclusive group is EUR 24,000. This price is fixed for the entire week and does not fluctuate based on the number of guests within your group (this is based on the price for 10 cooking guests).

Payment Schedule
A deposit of 25% of the total fee is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be split into two payments:

• 25% payable 180 days before your arrival date.
• 50% payable 120 days before your arrival date.

Payments: We will invoice the entire group for the deposit and for the remaining payments. Individual payments from each guest cannot be accepted.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Please enquire if you need two beds in a room.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, this must be made in writing to Organic Tuscany and any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt.
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees on the balance as follows:

• Up to 120 days before the day you arrive at the villa: 50% payable
• 119 days or fewer before the day you arrive at the villa: 100% payable

If the balance remains unpaid, Organic Tuscany reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit paid.
Travel insurance: We strongly advise all our guests to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover any eventuality that might prevent them from traveling.

Currency: Our prices are in Euros. The price of the deposit and the balance will be converted automatically from Euros to the guest’s currency at the time of the booking according to the exchange rate of the day set by the European Central Bank.

Organic Tuscany reserves the right to cancel or modify our cooking courses at any time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the cooking course booked, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative course.
