Prices for a week-long class

The price of €2200 (Euros) is per person, based on two people sharing a bedroom with private bathroom. This is $2,516 (US Dollars) or £1,870 (British Pounds) based on the current exchange rate^*. The price for a non-cooking guest, based on two people sharing a double room, is €1700 per person. Non-cooking guests are welcome to join us for all non-cooking activities, including all trips, meals, and wine tastings.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance is payable 120 days before departure. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

Seven nights’ accommodation in a beautiful 19th century Tuscan villa
Breakfast (bread, tea, coffee, fruit, milk, juice, jams, honey, muesli, cookies, yogurts etc.) every day
Four hands-on cooking classes (in English)

$30 of the proceeds from your booking of the cooking vacation in Italy will go to support these charities:

Our experience with Serenella, Arturo, Manuela, and Diana at Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes far exceeded our expectations. We prepared many delicious Tuscan dishes with our fabulous chefs, toured the beautiful countryside and Florence, learned about olive oil, wine, organic farming, local history, and culture. The extremely talented Organic Tuscany team created the best week filled with joy, laughter, and amazing food. I'm excited to recreate these dishes at home, and would love to spend another week at Organic Tuscany!

Our week at Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes was the highlight of our time in Italy! My sister and I spent an unforgettable week at Organic Tuscany Cooking Class in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Serenella, Arturo and all the staff generously shared their incredible culinary knowledge and passion, along with their warmth, patience and hospitality. Every lesson was filled with love, tradition and inspiration, and we will carry those memories and recipes home with us for years to come. What began as a weeklong cooking class in Tuscany, became so much more: a celebration of food, friendship, laughter, culture and connection. We can’t wait to return to Organic Tuscany Cooking Classes!!!

One of the most wonderful vacation experiences I’ve ever had! The cooking classes expanded my range of technique and food ingredients, to make delicious Italian meals. The best part however, is the people and how they care for their guests. Serenella and Arturo genuinely care about each individual and share their life stories while encouraging the guests to share theirs. Manuela, a fantastic cooking teacher, and Diana keeping things moving in the back, complete the team. The extra adventures, wine tasting, olive oil tasting, winery tour and meal, guided trips to Florence, Certaldo Alto, and a pottery studio, were all super interesting, educational, and fun! Of the three weeks we were in Italy, this was the best!

My sister and I were looking for a cooking adventure! We happened on the Organic Tuscany website. We are so lucky to have found them! The experience that they shared with us exceeded all of our expectations!Every day was planned perfectly, starting with a beautiful leisurely breakfast. Our daily itinerary for the week included guided tours of nearby sites, olive oil tasting and a tour of a winery where we were treated to a tasting that they paired their wine with lunch prepared specifically for our visit.I learned so much during our cooking courses, techniques that I plan on using in my kitchen! I immediately stocked my kitchen with gadgets that I didn’t know that I needed!!When we didn’t prepare our meal, we were treated to the expert creations that introduced us to regional cuisine.Our experience was so rich and full of memories…tastes, smells, beautiful countryside views, sounds of nature…and most importantly the meeting of lovely humans!! Thank you to the Organic Tuscany team and especially Serenella and Arturo for making all of us feel like family!

10 stars if we could give them!It is hard to find words that adequately capture our week at Organic Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a beautiful Tuscan home and community.The villa overlooks rolling hills dotted with vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees, and medieval villages in the distance. It is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and immediately feels like home.The cooking instruction was exceptional. Using fresh local organic ingredients, we prepared a wide variety of delicious Tuscan dishes while learning techniques that genuinely elevated our cooking and baking skills. Serenella, Arturo, Manuella, and Daiana created an environment where everyone—from beginners to experienced cooks—could learn, participate, and have fun.Meal times became one of the highlights of every day. Whether we prepared the meal ourselves or it was prepared for us, we looked forward to gathering around the table to enjoy wonderful food, excellent wine, and lively conversation. I loved that Serenella and Arturo joined us for our meals - they felt more like family than hosts!The excursions were equally memorable. Visits to nearby medieval villages, a local winery, and Firenze provided wonderful opportunities to experience Tuscany beyond the kitchen, all guided by thoughtful, knowledgeable, and fun local guides.What a week we had! It was unforgettable experience! Fantastic experience! Serenela and Arturo are experienced, unforgettable, smart, and happy people. We feel lucky to have chance to meet both of them. Wonderful vacation Everything and everyone were just wonderful. Location is perfect, close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano. Gorgeous view from the Villa terrace. Accommodations very nice specious rooms and bathrooms. Classes were very interactive we had a lot of fun preparing food, eating it and drinking local wines. The hostess Serenella, Arturo and Emanuel were very friendly. The whole team is dedicated to organic food and wine. They are committed to restoring their land by using original practices of growing produce without harmful chemicals.

An amazing culinary experience. The cooking classes exceeded all of my expectations. First of all, the location itself is absolutely beautiful and worth the visit alone. Our hosts, Serenella and Arturo, were phenomenal - warm, patient, and great teachers who kept the energy high. The class was perfectly paced, and they made sure everyone was able to participate and get their hands dirty. Every single dish we prepared was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Wonderful experience! We can heartily confirm all the positive reviews for Organic Tuscany! The welcome was very warm and everyone at the villa was fun and knowledgeable and passionate about their traditions and the quality of the food. The villa itself is the perfect rustic country retreat, like waking up in an old Italian movie. The accommodations are simple but comfortable. The villa is ideally located to explore nearby Florence or Siena or the many smaller towns with charming medieval cores. Highly recommended.

Awesome week in Tuscany! It is rare when a vacation exceeds the expectations promised by the host and our time at ‘Organic Tuscany’ DID EXCEED expectations. Prior to our arrival Riccardo’s thoughtful information and tips made our journey easier. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a week of cooking ‘Tuscan Style’ intertwined with fun, relaxation and comfort. Great food and wine along with a staff that not only shared their expertise but had the ability to make us all feel like family. Organic Tuscany also scheduled several excursions for us with their exclusive, knowledgeable guides. The week’s agenda was well organized and allowed sufficient time to explore on our own. The villa accommodations were comfortable along with spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape. When we got home friends and family asked us on a scale of 1-10 how we would rate our time with ‘Organic Tuscany’? Our reply, without hesitation, was a 12!

An Italian Experience worth remembering. Organic Tuscany was fantastic! I knew nothing about Italian cooking, so was a bit apprehensive at first. The Organic Tuscany Staff were great. Best birthday gift ever!!!!! It was the real deal. Loved my time there and learned so many secrets to delicious Italian cuisine, wine and olive oil! Serenella, Artruro and the entire team are knowledgeable, friendly and truly strive to ensure your time there is amazing.

Amazing vacation! My husband, daughters, and their boyfriends recently had the unforgettable pleasure of attending the Organic Tuscany Cooking School, and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd found something special.
The accommodations were spectacular—the villa was simply beautiful, offering a quintessential Tuscan experience. Waking up to the amazing views was a daily highlight, and the setting alone was incredibly relaxing.
The heart of the experience, of course, was the cooking, and we learned a tremendous amount. Serenella and Arturo are truly wonderful chefs and exceptional teachers. They created a warm, hands-on, and fun learning environment, guiding us through authentic Italian recipes and techniques.
What made this school stand out was its flawless balance. It was the perfect mix of intensive cooking classes, fascinating excursions to learn about the culture, olive oil, and wine of the region, and sightseeing in charming Tuscan towns. They also ensured we had plenty of time to relax and simply enjoy the stunning surroundings and each other's company.
For anyone looking for an immersive, enriching, and delicious Tuscan experience we highly recommend Organic Tuscany Cooking School! We hope to go back someday!

AMAZING! I was at the Organic Tuscany Cooking Class September 2024. It was an amazing experience from the Villa we all stayed in to the fantastic meals we prepared. The supporting staff was wonderful. The experience was more than cooking-we experienced olive oil tasting, cheese tasting, wine tasting and tours of the beautiful country!
The host went over and above the call of duty- my rental car broke down enroute to the Villa (8:30 pm on a dark narrow winding road), Riccardo came to my rescue, assisted with the tow truck and translated my frustration to the rental company!
I have been bragging about my experiences since my return and recommending this class to all my friends.
P.s., I attended the class solo and met new friends!
