Join us on an organic
cooking course in Tuscany

We'll visit local organic farms, learn to cook tasty, healthy food using the freshest organic ingredients and savour the results together, washed down with delicious biodynamic wine. Buon appetito!

Organic Tuscany offers hands-on italian cooking classes which are “from farm to table”: taking you to see where the fresh, local organic food we buy is grown and using it to cook traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes: fresh pastas, hearty salads, the perfect risotto and delectable desserts.
Four of the cooking courses are vegetarian and the others can be vegetarian friendly.

The cooking school is located between Florence and Siena: one of the most beautiful landscapes in Italy.
As well as seeing stunning countryside, we explore the medieval cities in the area, and investigate their culinary traditions of great food and wine through meals and tastings.

Accommodation will be in a magnificent 19th century villa on a farm which has 340 acres of vineyards and olive groves. The Italian cooking classes will take place on site, in a spacious ground floor kitchen.

On your free evenings, you can choose whether to investigate the great local trattorie, or stay at home and relax with a good Chianti and delicious local organic cheeses. You can aslo enjoy the billiard room, a charming garden and a swimming pool with a stunning view.
